This package includes the Athletic Mindset report for each athlete, coach reports on each athlete, and the Team Report based on the Team Mindset assessment. Coaches will gain insights and development information for each athlete, as well as the team as a unit. The Team Mindset assessment reveals factors that influence the team's cohesion, culture, collective confidence, and many other unique team mental performance attributes. The reports in this package go far beyond the team as a collection of individuals to examine team-level performance.
- Identify and manage athletes whose goals and vision for the team are incongruent with other members or the coaches.
In addition to the benefits to the athletes, the team reports help coaches and teams with the following:
- Identify and manage "lone wolves" who seek individual rewards and prefer to work alone.
